I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing. I'm just following instructions on this Bloglovin' thing.

I'm a 29 year old fatty from the UK. I'd like to spend my thirties as a fit, healthy person, and so it's time to try and make that happen!

Starting weight (27/8/12): 205.6lbs

Current weight: 189.8lbs

Goal weight: 130-140lbs

Total weight loss: 15.8lbs
